At SpecialDirector.com LLC, we make individuals available to act as independent directors, independent managers, special members, and/or springing members for bankruptcy-remote special purpose borrower entities in securitized loan transactions.

Call it what you will - a securitized loan, a conduit loan, a syndicated loan, CMBS debt, rated debt, etc. We are available to act as independent directors in your real estate transaction.

We are aggressive on pricing and are a low-cost provider in this area. Unlike most independent director service providers, we do not charge substantial annual directors fees. With us, there is an upfront, one-time director fee and thereafter a nominal annual administrative fee ($500 per year, per transaction). Also, we do not require borrowers to provide us with D&O insurance.
